Is BBQ allowed and safe on a yacht in Bali?
Only on yachts where the captain, layout, equipment, and safety rules allow it. We confirm the selected vessel before we promise live grilling, then plan the grill position, service window, and cleanup with the crew.
What meats are included in a yacht BBQ Bali menu?
Standard menus can include beef steaks or burgers, lamb chops or kofta, chicken skewers or shish tawook, sausages, grilled vegetables, salads, rice or potatoes, Arabic bread, sauces, and marinades. Premium cuts are quoted separately.
Can vegetarians eat well at a private yacht BBQ?
Yes. Share the vegetarian headcount before booking and we can plan halloumi, vegetable skewers, corn, mushrooms, vegetarian burgers, salads, dips, bread, and plant-based items. For a fully vegetarian menu, use the vegetarian private chef page.
Can we add seafood to the BBQ?
Yes, but seafood needs separate sourcing, storage, allergy review, and grill timing. For lobster, prawns, hammour, sea bass, calamari, or mussels, the live seafood BBQ option is the cleaner brief.
How much does a private yacht BBQ in Bali cost?
Use Standard, VIP Seafood, and Luxury BBQ as planning tiers, not guaranteed fixed offers. Research benchmarks show roughly AED 180+, AED 355+, and AED 395+ per person for comparable premium yacht BBQ tiers, but we quote your charter by yacht, menu, guest count, staff, and availability.
How much lead time do you need?
For a simple meat-and-veg BBQ, 48 hours is the practical minimum when yacht and chef availability line up. For premium cuts, seafood, large groups, peak weekends, or strict dietary needs, send the brief earlier.
Is this the same as a shared Benoa Harbour BBQ tour?
No. Shared tours sell individual seats, fixed timing, and a public buffet or grill. This is a private add-on for your yacht charter, with the chef, menu, timing, and service flow planned around your group.
Who handles food safety and cleanup?
The chef and service team manage chilled holding, cooking order, allergy notes, serving, grill-area cleanup, and food-service pack-down. The yacht crew approves where service can happen onboard.
