Cancellation Timeline
Our refund amounts are determined by when you cancel your booking relative to your scheduled charter date:
- 30+ days before charter - Full refund minus 10% administrative fee
- 15-29 days before charter - 70% refund of total booking amount
- 7-14 days before charter - 50% refund of total booking amount
- Less than 7 days before charter - No refund available
How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please follow these steps:

- Include your booking reference number and charter date
- Provide a brief reason for the cancellation
- Our team will process your request within 3-5 business days
Refund Processing
Once your refund request is approved:
Refunds are processed to the original payment method used for booking. Credit card refunds typically appear within 5-10 business days, depending on your financial institution.

- • You will receive email confirmation when refund is initiated
- • Bank processing times may vary by institution
- • International transactions may take up to 14 business days
Non-Refundable Items
The following items and services are non-refundable:
- Special event packages booked during peak seasons (New Year's Eve, Eid, National Day)
- Customized catering orders placed with external vendors
- Third-party services already contracted (photographers, entertainers)
- Add-on services consumed or delivered before cancellation
- Insurance fees and administrative charges
Weather-Related Cancellations
We understand that Dubai's weather is generally favorable, but safety is our priority:
If we cancel your charter due to unsafe weather conditions (storms, high winds, rough seas), you will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule at no additional cost.
Weather-related decisions are made by our experienced captains and are final for safety reasons.
Modifications to Bookings
Need to change your booking instead of canceling? We're flexible:
- Date changes are free if requested 14+ days before the original charter date
- Changes within 14 days may incur a 15% modification fee
- Yacht upgrades are subject to availability and price difference
- Downgrades may result in a credit voucher (not cash refund) for the difference
Exceptional Circumstances
We understand that life can be unpredictable. In exceptional circumstances such as:
Medical emergencies (with documentation), bereavement, or travel restrictions imposed by authorities, we may offer additional flexibility. Please contact us directly to discuss your situation.
- • Medical emergencies require valid documentation
- • Government-imposed travel bans qualify for full credits
- • Each case is evaluated individually
- • Contact us as soon as possible for best options
Booking Protection
We recommend considering travel insurance that covers trip cancellations for added peace of mind. Some credit cards also offer booking protection benefits.
While we cannot recommend specific insurance providers, we encourage guests to review their coverage options before booking, especially for high-value charters.
