Infinia Yachts operates as a 24/7 live yacht booking platform connecting customers with licensed yacht owners and operators across Dubai and other approved locations.

We do not own all yachts listed on our platform. Each booking is fulfilled by a third-party yacht operator who is responsible for the vessel, crew, and onboard services.

Infinia Yachts acts as:

• A booking facilitator
• A customer support intermediary
• A platform providing real-time availability and assistance

To make a booking with Infinia Yachts, you must meet the following requirements:

• Lead guest should be at least 18 years of age
• Provide valid identification when required
• Be legally permitted to enter into binding agreements

All bookings are subject to availability at the time of confirmation. Please note the following:

• A booking is considered confirmed only after payment is received and confirmation is issued by Infinia Yachts or the assigned operator
• Verbal or tentative holds do not guarantee availability
• Same-day and last-minute bookings are subject to operational approval

Prices displayed are based on the selected yacht, duration, and package. Inclusions and exclusions are clearly stated at the time of booking.

Any additional services (catering, decorations, water sports, extended time, etc.) are charged separately unless explicitly included.

Prices may vary based on:

• Seasonality
• Day of the week
• Yacht size and category
• Special events or holidays

Full or partial payment may be required to confirm a booking. Payments are accepted via approved online payment methods.

All prices are quoted in AED unless stated otherwise.

Cancellation policies vary depending on yacht type, duration, time remaining before departure, and operator policies.

General guidelines:

• Cancellations made well in advance may be eligible for partial or full refund
• Last-minute cancellations are typically non-refundable
• No-shows are non-refundable

Yacht trips are subject to weather and sea conditions. In cases of unsafe conditions, trips may be rescheduled or cancelled for safety reasons.

Decisions made by the captain or authorities are final.

Infinia Yachts is not liable for cancellations caused by:

• Weather conditions
• Government restrictions
• Mechanical issues
• Acts of God or force majeure

Guests must follow crew instructions at all times, respect safety rules onboard, avoid illegal activities, and maintain appropriate behaviour.

The operator reserves the right to:

• Terminate the trip without refund if rules are violated
• Refuse boarding to intoxicated or disorderly guests

Alcohol policies depend on the yacht and operator. Illegal substances are strictly prohibited. Smoking is permitted only in designated areas, if allowed.

Guests are responsible for any damage caused to the yacht or onboard equipment, as well as loss of property caused by guest negligence.

Infinia Yachts is not responsible for:

• Personal belongings
• Injuries resulting from guest actions
• Operator-managed activities beyond our control

The yacht operator is solely responsible for vessel condition, crew conduct, navigation and safety compliance, licenses and insurance.

Infinia Yachts does not assume liability for operator negligence or third-party failures.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Infinia Yachts shall not be liable for indirect or consequential losses.

Our liability, if any, is limited to the amount paid for the booking.

In rare cases, a yacht of similar or higher category may be substituted, or departure times may be adjusted for operational reasons.

Customers will be informed promptly in such cases.

All website content, branding, text, images, and logos belong to Infinia Yachts and may not be reused without written consent.

Use of our platform is subject to our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, store, and protect personal data.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates.

Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of UAE courts.

Infinia Yachts reserves the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time.

Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
