Velari Tourism LLC owns, maintains, and operates the https://infiniayachts.com website (the "Site") under the Infinia Yachts brand. Trade Licence No. 1491675, issued by Dubai Department of Economy and Tourism (DET).

Infinia Yachts operates an online yacht booking platform connecting customers with licensed yacht owners and operators across Dubai and other approved locations.

We do not own all yachts listed on our platform. Each booking is fulfilled by a third-party yacht operator who is responsible for the vessel, crew, and onboard services.

We will not trade with or provide any services to OFAC and sanctioned countries.

Infinia Yachts acts as:

• A booking facilitator
• A customer support intermediary
• A platform providing real-time availability and assistance

To make a booking with Infinia Yachts, you must meet the following requirements:

Minors under 18 years old cannot register as users or transact on the Site.

If you create an account, you are responsible for keeping your login details confidential.

• Be at least 18 years of age
• Provide valid identification when required
• Be legally permitted to enter into binding agreements

All bookings are subject to availability at the time of confirmation. Please note the following:

• A booking is considered confirmed only after payment is received and confirmation is issued by Infinia Yachts or the assigned operator
• Verbal or tentative holds do not guarantee availability
• Same-day and last-minute bookings are subject to operational approval

Prices displayed are based on the selected yacht, duration, and package. Inclusions and exclusions are clearly stated at the time of booking.

Any additional services (catering, decorations, water sports, extended time, etc.) are charged separately unless explicitly included.

Prices may vary with the season, the day of the week, the yacht's size and category, and special events or holidays.

Price Guarantee: if you find the same yacht publicly advertised for less elsewhere, we will match that price and take a further 10% off the matched price. The guarantee applies when:

• You claim it within 24 hours of making your booking
• The other offer is for the same yacht, date, duration and inclusions
• The lower price is publicly advertised; coupon codes, negotiated or private rates, and packages are excluded
• You send us proof of the lower price, as a link or a screenshot
• You make one claim per booking

Full or partial payment may be required to confirm a booking. We accept Visa and Mastercard payments in AED and any other payment methods or currencies displayed at checkout.

All prices are quoted in AED unless stated otherwise.

The displayed price and currency at the checkout page will be the same price and currency printed on the Transaction Receipt, and the amount charged to the card will be shown in your card currency.

Once the payment is made, the confirmation notice will be sent to the client via email within 24 hours of receipt.

Cardholder must retain a copy of transaction records and https://infiniayachts.com policies and rules.

Yacht charters can be cancelled free of charge up to 7 days before departure. Cancelling 3 to 7 days before departure carries a 50% fee, and cancelling less than 3 days before departure carries a 100% fee.

Date changes are free if requested at least 48 hours before departure, subject to availability; blackout dates can't be selected and there's no limit on the number of changes. Within 48 hours of departure, a booking can't be moved and is non-refundable.

Yacht and event packages are non-refundable. They can be moved to another date, subject to availability.

Water sports and other experiences can be cancelled free of charge up to 24 hours before the activity, with a full refund.

No-shows are non-refundable. Fees are measured from your scheduled departure or activity time and are a percentage of the booking total.

Yacht trips are subject to weather and sea conditions. In cases of unsafe conditions, trips may be rescheduled or cancelled for safety reasons.

Decisions made by the captain or authorities are final.

Infinia Yachts is not liable for cancellations caused by:

• Weather conditions
• Government restrictions
• Mechanical issues
• Acts of God or force majeure

Guests must follow crew instructions at all times, respect safety rules onboard, avoid illegal activities, and maintain appropriate behaviour.

The operator reserves the right to:

• Terminate the trip without refund if rules are violated
• Refuse boarding to intoxicated or disorderly guests

Alcohol is permitted on yacht charters only. You may bring your own drinks, with no corkage fee, or add drinks to your booking. Alcohol is not permitted on speed boats or during water sports.

Guests must drink responsibly. The captain may refuse boarding to, or stop alcohol consumption by, any guest whose behaviour puts the vessel, crew or other guests at risk.

Illegal substances are strictly prohibited. Smoking is permitted only in designated areas, if allowed.

Guests are responsible for any damage caused to the yacht or onboard equipment, as well as loss of property caused by guest negligence.

Infinia Yachts is not responsible for:

• Personal belongings
• Injuries resulting from guest actions
• Operator-managed activities beyond our control

Each charter is run by a licensed yacht operator, who is solely responsible for the vessel's condition, crew conduct, navigation and safety compliance, and for holding the licences and insurance their operation requires.

Infinia Yachts does not assume liability for operator negligence or third-party failures.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Infinia Yachts shall not be liable for indirect or consequential losses.

Our liability, if any, is limited to the amount paid for the booking.

In rare cases, a yacht of similar or higher category may be substituted, or departure times may be adjusted for operational reasons.

Customers will be informed promptly in such cases.

All website content, branding, text, images, and logos belong to Infinia Yachts and may not be reused without written consent.

Use of our platform is subject to our Privacy Policy, which explains how Velari Tourism LLC collects, uses, stores, and protects personal data under the UAE Personal Data Protection Law (Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021). United Arab Emirates is our country of domicile. These Terms & Conditions are governed by the local laws of the United Arab Emirates.

Any purchase, dispute, or claim arising out of or in connection with this Site shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates and shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of UAE courts.

Infinia Yachts reserves the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time.

Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
