Thailand
A trained sushi chef prepares fresh rolls, nigiri, and sashimi live on your Thailand yacht. Sushi-grade fish, authentic techniques, and you get to watch every cut.
The chef sets up a sushi station on your yacht and prepares everything from scratch. Sushi-grade salmon, tuna, yellowtail, and shrimp get sliced and rolled using Japanese techniques and premium short-grain rice. Guests pick what they want, watch the chef make it, and eat it minutes later. It is the freshest sushi you will have in Thailand.
This works well for smaller groups and dinner charters. The chef can do a set omakase-style menu or take requests as the evening goes on. Most guests are surprised how interactive it is. You learn what makes good sushi, you see the knife work up close, and you eat incredibly well while cruising past the Phuket Bay and Phuket marina skyline.

Cooked options like tempura rolls, eel, and crab rolls are available for guests who prefer not to eat raw fish.
Vegetarian and vegan sushi is available with cucumber, avocado, sweet potato, mango, and other plant-based fillings.
