Booking with Infinia
Local charter operators, not us. Infinia handles the listing, the booking and your support; the vessel and its crew belong to the operator we place you with.
Choose a yacht, set your date and duration, and complete the booking online. Our team is on hand around the clock if you would rather talk it through first.
When payment is complete and the operator has confirmed your slot. If a yacht needs operator approval before it can be held, we tell you before you pay.
Earlier is easier for weekends, holidays and larger vessels. Send us your dates and we will tell you plainly what is still open.

On the water in Thailand
The departure point depends on the yacht you book. We confirm the exact meeting place and time with you for your vessel and date.
Routes follow the yacht, the hours you book and the conditions on the day. Our Thailand route guide shows the shapes most charters take, and the captain confirms what is possible for your date.
Sea conditions change through the year and the captain makes the final call on the day. Tell us when you are travelling and we will say honestly what to expect.
Some yachts and durations allow it, others do not. Ask before you book and we will confirm what your chosen vessel can do.

Payment, changes and support
The full amount and the currency are shown at checkout before you confirm. Available payment methods appear at the same step, and we also accept USDT and USDC stablecoins.
Safety calls belong to the captain and the operator. If a charter cannot sail, we work with the operator on a new date or a refund under the policy shown when you booked.
Cancellation and change terms vary by yacht and operator, and are shown before you pay. We will always tell you where you stand before you commit.
Our team answers 24/7 by live chat, WhatsApp and email. One team handles the booking and the day itself, so you are never handed around.
