Renting a private yacht in Dubai means you book the yacht itself, not a seat on it. Your group is the only group on board, you agree the route with your captain, and you choose when you leave rather than fitting into a scheduled departure.

The entry point is the Infinia Blossom 33ft at AED 300 an hour for up to 10 guests; at the top of the range, the Infinia Ocean Mansion X1 (150 ft) takes 150 guests at AED 24,000 an hour. Private yacht rental vs shared yacht charters for Dubai trips

Both exist in Dubai, and they suit different trips. A shared charter sells individual seats on a fixed departure, so you pay less but share the deck with other guests. A private charter books the whole yacht to you.

Pricing is per hour, per yacht, and it is the same figure whether four people board or forty. Every price includes VAT, so dividing the rate across your group gives you the real cost per head.

The entry point across the fleet is AED 300 an hour on the Infinia Blossom 33ft. The current ceiling is AED 24,000 an hour on the Infinia Ocean Mansion X1 (150 ft).

Larger yachts sometimes price by headcount rather than a flat rate. The Stealth 100ft is the clearest example: AED 3,000 an hour for up to 30 guests, AED 5,000 for up to 70 and AED 7,000 for up to 100, VAT included. If you are near a capacity break, two fewer guests can move you down a band.

Included in every charter

Every charter comes with a captain and crew, and fuel for the agreed route. Most yachts also include welcome refreshments, fresh towels, a Bluetooth sound system and safety equipment; each listing shows its own inclusions.

What costs extra

Choose the right Dubai yacht charter for your group

Group size decides the yacht more than anything else. Live sizes and rates from today’s fleet:

Couples and small groups
A 31 to 50 ft cruiser for up to 17 guests has deck enough for a couple or a small family, and it is the lowest-cost way onto the water privately. From AED 300 an hour.
Families and friend groups
50 to 82 ft for 12 to 30 guests gives you a proper seating area plus a cabin, which matters once people want somewhere shaded to sit. AED 650 to AED 1,800 an hour.
Bigger celebrations
63 to 135 ft for 25 to 110 guests. Most add a flybridge and an air-conditioned salon, so groups spread across levels instead of crowding one deck. From AED 700 an hour.
Large parties
100 to 240 ft for 30 to 250 guests, with several decks and room for a DJ. AED 3,000 to AED 15,990 an hour.
Weddings, launches and corporate days
63 to 180 ft for up to 150 guests, the most prestigious yachts in the fleet, for occasions that call for the highest level of service on board. AED 3,600 to AED 24,000 an hour.

A useful rule: book for the number of people who will sit down at once, not the maximum capacity. A yacht rated for 40 feels tight at 40 if everyone wants a seat in the shade.

Routes

Dubai yacht charter routes, durations and landmark views

Every private charter runs on a route you agree with the captain before you leave. Three standard options:

  1. 2 hours

    From AED 600

    Dubai Marina, JBR Beach, Bluewaters Island and Ain Dubai. Enough for photos and a first look at the skyline.

  2. 3 hours

    From AED 900

    Adds the outer crescent of Palm Jumeirah, with time for a swim stop when conditions allow.

  3. 4 hours

    From AED 1,200

    The full coastal run past Palm Jumeirah, Atlantis The Palm and Burj Al Arab, then back to the marina.

Two hours is the shortest charter on most yachts. Captains anchor at the usual photo and swim points when the sea allows, and will adjust the route if you would rather spend the time somewhere specific. See the Dubai route guide.

    Check the confirmation label

    Instant Book yachts are confirmed as soon as you pay. Live Confirmation yachts, most of the fleet, are confirmed by the crew within 15 to 30 minutes, and nothing is charged until they confirm. Both show real prices.

  3. 03

    Pay by card

    Checkout takes cards, processed in AED, and the price includes VAT. Booking takes under a minute.

  4. 04

    Board

    Arrive at the berth at your slot time. The captain and crew are on board.

Cancellation terms, in full

  • Yacht charters can be cancelled free of charge up to 7 days before departure. Cancelling 3 to 7 days before departure carries a 50% fee, and cancelling less than 3 days before departure carries a 100% fee.
  • Date changes are free if requested at least 48 hours before departure, subject to availability; blackout dates can't be selected and there's no limit on the number of changes. Within 48 hours of departure, a booking can't be moved and is non-refundable.
  • If we cancel for unsafe weather, you get a full refund or a free reschedule.
