Brief, considered guidance for a smooth voyage.

Boarding: Please arrive 15 minutes before your scheduled departure time at the designated marina. Our crew will assist with boarding and provide a safety briefing.

Dress Code: Smart casual attire is recommended. Non-marking shoes or barefoot on deck. Bring swimwear if you plan to swim.

Weather: Trips may be rescheduled in case of adverse weather conditions. We will notify you at least 4 hours in advance.

Free Cancellation: Cancel up to 7 days before departure for a full refund.

3 to 7 Days Before: 50% cancellation fee.

Less than 3 Days Before: 100% cancellation fee, no refund.

Date Changes: Free if requested at least 48 hours before departure, subject to availability. Blackout dates can't be selected, and there's no limit on the number of changes. Within 48 hours of departure, the booking can't be moved and is non-refundable.

Weather: If the captain or Coast Guard cancels for safety, you receive a full refund or a free date change.

No-Show: No refund.

We recommend booking at least 48-72 hours in advance to secure your preferred date, time, and yacht. For peak seasons (November-March) and weekends, booking 1-2 weeks ahead is advisable. Last-minute bookings may be possible subject to availability - contact us to check.

Welcome refreshments, water and soft drinks are included. For food, you can bring your own or we can arrange catering, from light snacks to full meals. Let us know your preferences when booking.

Yacht charters can be cancelled free of charge up to 7 days before departure. Cancelling 3 to 7 days before departure carries a 50% fee, and cancelling less than 3 days before departure carries a 100% fee.
