Life Jackets: Available for all ages and must be worn by children under 12 and non-swimmers.

Swimming: Swimming is permitted only when the yacht is anchored and with crew supervision.

Smoking: Permitted only in designated outdoor areas. No smoking inside the cabin.

Alcohol: Moderate consumption is permitted. Excessive intoxication is not allowed for safety reasons.

The following items are strictly prohibited on board:

1. Illegal substances or drugs
2. Fireworks or explosives
3. Pets (unless pre-approved service animals)
4. Fishing without valid license
5. Drones (without prior approval)

Free Cancellation: Full refund if cancelled 48+ hours before departure.

24-48 Hours: 50% refund or free rescheduling within 30 days.

Less than 24 Hours: No refund, but rescheduling available subject to availability and AED 200 admin fee.

No-Show: No refund for no-shows without prior notice.

We recommend bringing the following items for your comfort:

1. Sunscreen and sunglasses
2. Hat or cap for sun protection
3. Swimwear and change of clothes
4. Camera or smartphone for photos
5. Light jacket for evening cruises
6. Motion sickness medication if needed
