Liquid Asset is a 131 ft Sunseeker, a British tri-deck from the builder's 40 metre range, moored on track-view Berth 50 for the Abu Dhabi Grand Prix. Polished rooms inside and three levels of deck outside give a party of up to 100 guests space to spread out.
The package includes 45 marina passes for a yacht that holds 100, which suits a guest list that changes from one day to the next. Ten guests can sleep aboard and stay from the Thursday pit-lane walk to the final lap on Sunday.

A hundred guests aboard a Sunseeker is a different afternoon from a hundred guests in a hospitality suite. The saloon, the upper deck and the sundeck bar each hold their own conversation, so the party spreads out without breaking up.

Sunseeker spaces, your hosting brief
Sunseeker, the British builder based in Poole, drew its 40 metre yachts as tri-decks: three levels of deck space, with an open sundeck at the very top. The 8.09 metre beam makes for a wide saloon, which the brochure shows furnished with white sofas piped in navy.
Sleeping accommodation is listed for 10 guests. The photographs below show the sundeck, with a long bar and a dining table under the hardtop, and a cabin with a wide double bed and dark timber walls.
