Eligibility and Rider Requirements

1. Minimum age to ride independently is usually 16 years
2. Younger participants may ride only as passengers with an adult

Safety Briefing and Instructions

1. A mandatory safety briefing is provided before the ride
2. Basic operating instructions and hand signals will be explained
3. Riders must follow the instructor’s directions at all times
4. Life jackets must be worn throughout the activity

Riding Rules and Conduct

1. Maintain a safe distance from other jet skis boats and swimmers
2. High speed riding is allowed only in designated zones
3. Sharp turns reckless riding or racing with others is not permitted
4. Follow marked boundaries and approved routes only

Duration and Usage

1. Ride duration starts from the moment the jet ski leaves the dock
2. Late arrivals may result in reduced ride time
3. Extensions are subject to availability and additional charges

What to Wear and Carry

1. Wear comfortable swimwear or quick dry clothing
2. Sunglasses should be secured with straps
3. Waterproof phone covers are recommended
4. Do not carry loose items valuables or jewelry

Weather and Sea Conditions

1. Rides are subject to weather and sea conditions
2. The activity may be delayed or cancelled if conditions are unsafe
3. In case of cancellation due to weather rescheduling or refund policies apply

Damage and Responsibility

1. Riders are responsible for following safety rules
2. Any damage caused due to negligence may be chargeable
3. Intentional misuse of equipment is strictly prohibited

Prohibited Actions

1. No alcohol or drugs before or during the activity
2. No standing or performing stunts on the jet ski
3. No mobile phone usage while riding

Arrival and Check In

1. Arrive at least 15–20 minutes before the scheduled time
2. Late arrivals may lead to cancellation without refund
3. Check in and document verification are mandatory

General Notes

1. Photos or videos may be taken only when permitted by staff
2. Instructions from the crew are final and non negotiable
3. Safety is always the top priority
